AHIC Eligibility Review & Exam Application Portal

This portal allows you to request an AHIC eligibility review, apply to take the AHIC examination or apply to retake the AHIC examination.

Use the “Start a New Application” Button if you have not previously started one of these actions.   These actions do not need to be completed in one session; you will be able to save a partially complete eligibility request or exam application and resume progress later.

An AMIA account is required to work in the portal.  If you do not have an AMIA account, you may create one by clicking "Create an Account".
